Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Ça et Là, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at caetlacafe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
4. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact us at caetlacafe@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at caetlacafe@gmail.com with details and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
